The first "Night of Creativity" took place this past Wednesday at Pathway Community Church as kids of all ages came out to carve, decorate and brighten up their pumpkins. It was such a great night! I am so thankful for the many people who volunteered their time to make this happen. It was a generous out-pour of love. I am equally thankful for the children who came, as they worked uninhibited to make unique creations, and for the parents who assisted and got their hands dirty. It was wonderful seeing everyone working along side one another as they laughed and talked. Please visit the gallery to see the beautiful pumpkins that were made.
Also, a big thank you to Strathmeyer Farms, Barefoot Farms and Hake's for donating pumpkins.
It started when God said, “Light up the darkness!” and our lives filled up with light as we saw and understood God in the face of Christ, all bright and beautiful. (2 Corinthians 4:6 The Message)
